Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

  1. Pour the vanilla syrup into the bottom of your glass.
  2. Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate over the ice, leaving about 2 inches of space at the top for the cream, and stir gently to combine.
  4. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Insert the handheld frother and blend on high for 20-30 seconds until the mixture has doubled in volume and looks like thick, melted soft-serve ice cream.
  6. Gently pour the pumpkin cream over the top of the cold brew.
