Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60ml) Tequila Blanco (100% agave recommended)
  • 4 ounces (120ml) Topo Chico mineral water
  • 1 ounce (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice (about 1 large lime)
  • Lime wedge, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour the tequila over the ice.
  3. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice.
  4. Fill the glass with Topo Chico mineral water.
  5. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge (if desired).
  7. Serve Immediately!
