Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60ml) Tequila Blanco (100% agave recommended)
- 4 ounces (120ml) Topo Chico mineral water
- 1 ounce (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice (about 1 large lime)
- Lime wedge, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour the tequila over the ice.
- Squeeze in the fresh lime juice.
- Fill the glass with Topo Chico mineral water.
- Give it a gentle stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge (if desired).
- Serve Immediately!
