Ingredients:

  • 6 Fresh Red Raspberries
  • 15 ml Light Agave Nectar
  • 22 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 60 ml Premium Vodka
  • 15 ml Aquafaba
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 3 Fresh Red Raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Place 6 Fresh Red Raspberries into the bottom of your shaker.
  2. Add 15 ml Light Agave Nectar over the fruit.
  3. Muddle the berries and nectar together until the fruit is a complete pulp.
  4. Pour in 22 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice and 60 ml Premium Vodka.
  5. Add 15 ml Aquafaba and 2 dashes Orange Bitters.
  6. Secure the lid and Dry Shake (no ice) for 20 seconds until you hear the liquid sound thick and foamy.
  7. Open the shaker and add a handful of ice.
  8. Shake again for 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and painful to hold.
  9. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  10. Garnish with the remaining 3 Fresh Red Raspberries on a cocktail pick.
