Ingredients:
- 6 Fresh Red Raspberries
- 15 ml Light Agave Nectar
- 22 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 60 ml Premium Vodka
- 15 ml Aquafaba
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 3 Fresh Red Raspberries (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Place 6 Fresh Red Raspberries into the bottom of your shaker.
- Add 15 ml Light Agave Nectar over the fruit.
- Muddle the berries and nectar together until the fruit is a complete pulp.
- Pour in 22 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice and 60 ml Premium Vodka.
- Add 15 ml Aquafaba and 2 dashes Orange Bitters.
- Secure the lid and Dry Shake (no ice) for 20 seconds until you hear the liquid sound thick and foamy.
- Open the shaker and add a handful of ice.
- Shake again for 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and painful to hold.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with the remaining 3 Fresh Red Raspberries on a cocktail pick.
