Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (250g) sour cream
- 1 cup (100g) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup (150g) corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup (150g) sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- ¼ cup (60ml) Thousand Island dressing
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sliced rye bread or crackers for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, chopped sauerkraut, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
