Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (250g) sour cream
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup (150g) corned beef, chopped
  • 1 cup (150g) sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sliced rye bread or crackers for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing. Beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, chopped sauerkraut, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
