Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar and whisk until mixed.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add chicken and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes), stirring frequently.
  4. Add sliced yellow peppers and onion to the skillet; sauté until peppers are tender (about 4-5 minutes).
  5. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet; sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour the sauce over the mixture; stir to combine and let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Check the chickens internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C), then serve hot.
