Ingredients:
- ½ cup dry white wine (120 ml)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (15 ml)
- ½ cup white wine or sherry (120 ml)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (25 g)
- ½ cup vegetable broth (120 ml)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (5 ml) (optional)
Instructions:
- Measure ½ cup of dry white wine and add 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar; mix well.
- Measure ½ cup of white wine or sherry; stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved.
- Combine ½ cup of vegetable broth with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
- For enhanced umami, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to any of the mixtures.
