Ingredients:
- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Add zucchini rounds to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the herb mixture.
- Spread the zucchini in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately or allow to cool slightly before serving.
