Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, measure out the rice vinegar and mirin.
- Pour in the vegetable or chicken broth.
- If using, add soy sauce and sugar to the bowl.
- Use a whisk or spoon to combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
- Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into a sealed container and refrigerate if not used immediately.
