Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup (1 stick, 113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (170g) butterscotch chips
- 1 ⅓ cups (120g) sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup (100g) chopped walnuts (or pecans)
- 1 (14 ounce/397g) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Line with parchment paper with overhang (optional).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix well until evenly moistened.
- Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut and chopped walnuts (or pecans) evenly over the chocolate chips.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
