Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup (1 stick, 113g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (170g) butterscotch chips
  • 1 ⅓ cups (120g) sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup (100g) chopped walnuts (or pecans)
  • 1 (14 ounce/397g) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Line with parchment paper with overhang (optional).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix well until evenly moistened.
  3. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded coconut and chopped walnuts (or pecans) evenly over the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
