Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp water
- 6 oz strong hot coffee
- 1 tbsp brandy
- 1 tbsp triple sec
- 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp heavy whipped cream
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour water onto a small saucer, then pour sugar on top. Invert a heat-proof glass and press the rim into the sugar, rotating slowly to create a seal.
- Pour the hot coffee into the prepared glass. Stir in the brandy, triple sec, and coffee liqueur until fully integrated.
- Slowly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the back of a spoon into the coffee, then gently dollop the whipped cream on top.
- Dust the top of the cream with a pinch of cinnamon.
