Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp water
  • 6 oz strong hot coffee
  • 1 tbsp brandy
  • 1 tbsp triple sec
  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipped cream
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Pour water onto a small saucer, then pour sugar on top. Invert a heat-proof glass and press the rim into the sugar, rotating slowly to create a seal.
  2. Pour the hot coffee into the prepared glass. Stir in the brandy, triple sec, and coffee liqueur until fully integrated.
  3. Slowly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the back of a spoon into the coffee, then gently dollop the whipped cream on top.
  4. Dust the top of the cream with a pinch of cinnamon.
