Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60ml) double shot of espresso
- 1 tbsp (15ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bottom of your glass. Immediately brew your espresso or strong coffee directly over the milk.
- Use a small whisk or spoon to stir vigorously until the mixture is a uniform, mahogany-colored syrup.
- Heat your milk until it reaches approximately 150°F (65°C). Use your frother to incorporate air until the milk doubles in volume and looks smooth and glossy.
- Slowly pour the frothed milk over the coffee base, holding back the foam with a spoon until the cup is nearly full, then dollop the remaining foam on top.
- Dust the top with a pinch of cinnamon for a fragrant finish.
