Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (30ml)
- ½ teaspoon almond extract (2.5ml)
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup or simple syrup (15ml)
- 2 ounces vanilla vodka (60ml)
- 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur, such as Godiva (30ml)
- ½ ounce amaretto liqueur (15ml)
- ½ ounce heavy cream (15ml) (can sub coconut cream for dairy-free)
- Ice
Instructions:
- Combine sugar and almond extract in a small bowl. Spread corn syrup/simple syrup on a small plate. Dip the rim of the martini glass in the corn syrup, then immediately dip in the sugar mixture. Set aside to dry slightly.
- Place the rimmed glass in the freezer for 10 minutes (optional).
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, amaretto liqueur, and heavy cream to the shaker.
- Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled. Strain the martini into the prepared martini glass.
- Consider adding a sprinkle of sugar, a small sugar cookie, or a maraschino cherry as garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
