Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (30ml)
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract (2.5ml)
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup or simple syrup (15ml)
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka (60ml)
  • 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur, such as Godiva (30ml)
  • ½ ounce amaretto liqueur (15ml)
  • ½ ounce heavy cream (15ml) (can sub coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Combine sugar and almond extract in a small bowl. Spread corn syrup/simple syrup on a small plate. Dip the rim of the martini glass in the corn syrup, then immediately dip in the sugar mixture. Set aside to dry slightly.
  2. Place the rimmed glass in the freezer for 10 minutes (optional).
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, amaretto liqueur, and heavy cream to the shaker.
  4. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled. Strain the martini into the prepared martini glass.
  5. Consider adding a sprinkle of sugar, a small sugar cookie, or a maraschino cherry as garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
