Ingredients:
- 4 oz (120 ml) Dark Rum
- 2 oz (60 ml) Light Rum
- 2 oz (60 ml) Passion Fruit Juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) Orange Juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Grenadine
- Orange slice, for garnish
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place the hurricane glass in the freezer for a few minutes, or fill it with ice while you prepare the drink.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the dark rum, light rum, passion fruit juice, orange juice, lime juice, and grenadine.
- Add ice to the shaker until it’s about halfway full. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Remove the ice from the chilled hurricane glass. Strain the mixture into the glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry (if using). Serve immediately.
