Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (60g) Coarsely Ground Coffee Beans
  • 3 cups (710ml) Filtered Water
  • Ice Cubes (as needed)
  • 1 cup (237ml) Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/2 cup (118ml) Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy, your choice!)
  • Optional: Simple Syrup or Sweetener of Choice, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add the coarsely ground coffee to your large jar or pitcher. Pour the filtered water over the coffee grounds, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  2. Pour about half a cup of near boiling water over the grounds. Let this bloom for 30 seconds. Then add the remaining cold water
  3. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight (8-12 hours) for maximum flavor extraction.
  4. Line a fine-mesh sieve with cheesecloth or a coffee filter. Slowly pour the coffee mixture through the sieve, allowing the concentrate to drip into a clean container. Discard the coffee grounds.
  5. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate over the ice.
  7. Top with your milk of choice.
  8. Sweeten with simple syrup or your preferred sweetener to taste. Stir well.
  9. Enjoy!
