Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (60g) Coarsely Ground Coffee Beans
- 3 cups (710ml) Filtered Water
- Ice Cubes (as needed)
- 1 cup (237ml) Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 1/2 cup (118ml) Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy, your choice!)
- Optional: Simple Syrup or Sweetener of Choice, to taste
Instructions:
- Add the coarsely ground coffee to your large jar or pitcher. Pour the filtered water over the coffee grounds, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Pour about half a cup of near boiling water over the grounds. Let this bloom for 30 seconds. Then add the remaining cold water
- Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight (8-12 hours) for maximum flavor extraction.
- Line a fine-mesh sieve with cheesecloth or a coffee filter. Slowly pour the coffee mixture through the sieve, allowing the concentrate to drip into a clean container. Discard the coffee grounds.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate over the ice.
- Top with your milk of choice.
- Sweeten with simple syrup or your preferred sweetener to taste. Stir well.
- Enjoy!
