Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Mayonnaise
- ½ cup (120ml) Buttermilk
- ¼ cup (60ml) Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Fresh Dill, finely chopped (Or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Dried Ground Mustard
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) White Wine Vinegar
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth and well combined.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried mustard, salt, and pepper to the wet ingredients. Whisk again until everything is evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in the chopped parsley, chives, and dill (or dried dill).
- Stir in the white wine vinegar.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings as needed. Add more salt and pepper or vinegar to taste.
- For the best flavour, cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together (Optional).
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Give it a good stir before serving.
