Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup (120ml) Buttermilk
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Fresh Dill, finely chopped (Or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Dried Ground Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) White Wine Vinegar

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried mustard, salt, and pepper to the wet ingredients. Whisk again until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped parsley, chives, and dill (or dried dill).
  4. Stir in the white wine vinegar.
  5. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings as needed. Add more salt and pepper or vinegar to taste.
  6. For the best flavour, cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together (Optional).
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Give it a good stir before serving.
