Ingredients:
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (King’s Hawaiian or similar)
- 12 slices deli ham (about 6 oz / 170 g)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
- ½ cup unsalted butter (113 g), melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally in half to create a top and bottom layer. Keep all rolls attached if possible for easier baking and serving.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish. Evenly layer the ham slices over the bottom rolls. Place cheese halves on top of the ham layer. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
- Generously brush the glaze over the tops of the rolls, ensuring even coverage.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Let sliders cool slightly before slicing between rolls. Serve warm.
