- 2 cups Wheat Chex cereal (66g)
- 2 cups pretzel sticks (approx. 80g)
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.) (150g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113g)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set to 250°F (120°C).
- Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzel sticks, and mixed nuts.
- Make the Seasoning Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Combine: Pour the seasoning mixture over the dry ingredients and gently toss to coat thoroughly.
- Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden and toasted.
- Cool and Store: Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely, and store in an airtight container.
