Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sliced rye bread or crackers for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, chopped sauerkraut, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well blended.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish or skillet, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly, with a golden slightly browned top.
  6. Remove from the oven, and optionally garnish with chopped chives. Serve warm with sliced rye bread or crackers.
