Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup cooked corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
- Sliced rye bread or crackers for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, chopped sauerkraut, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well blended.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish or skillet, spreading it out evenly.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly, with a golden slightly browned top.
- Remove from the oven, and optionally garnish with chopped chives. Serve warm with sliced rye bread or crackers.
