Ingredients:

  • 2 oz premium vodka
  • 0.75 oz Chambord black raspberry liqueur
  • 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • 1 tsp superfine sugar
  • 3 fresh raspberries
  • 1 lemon twist

Instructions:

  1. Place your martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes until a thick frost forms.
  2. Run a lemon wedge around the edge of the chilled glass, then dip it into the 1 tsp superfine sugar until a thin white crust adheres.
  3. Pour 2 oz premium vodka and 0.75 oz Chambord into the small tin of your shaker.
  4. Add 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup to the tin.
  5. Fill the large tin of the shaker 3/4 full with fresh, solid ice cubes.
  6. Combine the tins and shake vigorously for 12 seconds until the outside of the tin is painfully cold.
  7. Pour the mixture through the shaker's built in strainer and through a fine mesh strainer into your prepared glass until the liquid is crystal clear and velvety.
  8. Twist the lemon twist over the surface of the drink to release the oils, then drop it in.
  9. Thread the 3 fresh raspberries onto a cocktail pick and rest it across the rim.
