Ingredients:
- 2 oz premium vodka
- 0.75 oz Chambord black raspberry liqueur
- 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 3 fresh raspberries
- 1 lemon twist
Instructions:
- Place your martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 10 minutes until a thick frost forms.
- Run a lemon wedge around the edge of the chilled glass, then dip it into the 1 tsp superfine sugar until a thin white crust adheres.
- Pour 2 oz premium vodka and 0.75 oz Chambord into the small tin of your shaker.
- Add 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup to the tin.
- Fill the large tin of the shaker 3/4 full with fresh, solid ice cubes.
- Combine the tins and shake vigorously for 12 seconds until the outside of the tin is painfully cold.
- Pour the mixture through the shaker's built in strainer and through a fine mesh strainer into your prepared glass until the liquid is crystal clear and velvety.
- Twist the lemon twist over the surface of the drink to release the oils, then drop it in.
- Thread the 3 fresh raspberries onto a cocktail pick and rest it across the rim.
