Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp 2% milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- Fill a glass tumbler with ice cubes. Pour in the chilled espresso or strong brewed coffee. If extra sweetness is desired, stir in one tablespoon of vanilla syrup.
- Pour in the milk of choice, leaving approximately two inches of space at the top of the glass for the foam.
- In a small frothing pitcher, combine the heavy cream, 2% milk, and vanilla syrup.
- Insert a handheld milk frother at a slight angle just below the surface and whirl for 20–30 seconds until the mixture reaches a thick, velvety consistency with soft peaks.
- Slowly pour the vanilla cold foam over the top of the iced latte to create a marbled effect and serve immediately.
