Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass tumbler with ice cubes. Pour in the chilled espresso or strong brewed coffee. If extra sweetness is desired, stir in one tablespoon of vanilla syrup.
  2. Pour in the milk of choice, leaving approximately two inches of space at the top of the glass for the foam.
  3. In a small frothing pitcher, combine the heavy cream, 2% milk, and vanilla syrup.
  4. Insert a handheld milk frother at a slight angle just below the surface and whirl for 20–30 seconds until the mixture reaches a thick, velvety consistency with soft peaks.
  5. Slowly pour the vanilla cold foam over the top of the iced latte to create a marbled effect and serve immediately.
