Ingredients:
- 2 medium watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Thinly slice watermelon radishes using a sharp knife or mandoline. Slice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together fresh orange juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced radishes, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Pour the citrus vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
