Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp (12g) instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) boiling water
  • 1 cup (240ml) cold milk
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer on high speed, whip the mixture for 2–3 minutes until it transforms from a dark liquid into a thick, pale-brown foam with stiff peaks.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the cold milk over the ice, leaving about 2 inches of space at the top.
  4. Spoon the whipped coffee foam gently on top of the milk and swirl slightly with the back of a spoon for a marbled aesthetic.
