Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice (day-old preferred) (300g)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced (30g)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30ml)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5g)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic and measure out the rice.
- In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently (about 2-3 minutes).
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the cooked rice to the skillet.
- Stir to combine the rice and garlic evenly, breaking up any clumps. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
- Sauté until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional garlic if desired.
