Ingredients:
- 1 cup (100g) coarse ground coffee
- 4 cups (950ml) filtered water
Instructions:
- Add the coarse coffee grounds to the bottom of your glass jar.
- Slowly pour the filtered water over the grounds, stirring gently with a long spoon to ensure every particle is fully saturated.
- Seal the jar with a lid and let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the large grounds.
- Pass the liquid through a cheesecloth or a paper coffee filter to eliminate fine sediment for a crystal-clear brew.
