Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (100g) coarse ground coffee
  • 4 cups (950ml) filtered water

Instructions:

  1. Add the coarse coffee grounds to the bottom of your glass jar.
  2. Slowly pour the filtered water over the grounds, stirring gently with a long spoon to ensure every particle is fully saturated.
  3. Seal the jar with a lid and let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
  4. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the large grounds.
  5. Pass the liquid through a cheesecloth or a paper coffee filter to eliminate fine sediment for a crystal-clear brew.
