Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp (10g) instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp (30ml) boiling water
- 2 cups (480ml) milk
- Ice cubes
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water. Stir briefly with a spoon to ensure the granules are saturated.
- Using an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed, whip the mixture until the color shifts from dark brown to pale, golden mahogany and forms stiff peaks that do not slump.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour in the milk, leaving about two inches of space at the top.
- Carefully dollop the whipped coffee foam on top of the milk and use a spoon to swirl the foam slightly for a marbled effect.
